How we choose the stack

We pick the tools for the business, then build the site around them.

Start from what you already use

If your team already runs bookings or invoicing in a system, we build the site around it instead of asking you to move.

Fit the team that edits it

A block theme for teams that edit in WordPress itself, a page builder for teams that want to lay out pages visually, Shopify when the store comes first.

Keep it small

Every plugin is one more thing to update and secure. We add a tool when it does a job the site needs, and leave it out when it does not.

The stack in practice

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with a tool that is not on this list?

Yes. This page lists only the tools our published case studies use. We also connect sites to other booking engines and channel managers, such as TourDesk, Hostaway, Guesty, and Smoobu, and we will tell you plainly when a tool is a poor fit for what you need.

Can you build on the booking system we already have?

Usually, yes. We build the site around the booking engine you already run, as we did with the owner's Ynnov booking engine for Madeira Villa Rentals, so your team keeps managing bookings where it does today.

WordPress or Shopify?

Shopify suits a business whose main job online is selling products, with the store, payments, and hosting in one service. WordPress suits sites that do more than sell, such as bookings, several languages, and custom features, with WooCommerce when it also needs a store.
