A three-in-one platform for Gardi, landscaping in Madeira
A single WordPress platform for landscaping consultations, a WooCommerce store for plants and garden products, and a multilingual e-learning program, all managed by the Gardi team.

A landscaping company running services, retail, and education needed one platform that could handle all three without friction between them.
The client
Gardi is a landscaping and garden care company based in Funchal, Madeira, serving homeowners, condominium managers and businesses. It delivers plant and tree supply, garden construction, maintenance programs, pruning, pest control, and smart irrigation, positioned around practicality and long-term garden sustainability rather than one-off jobs.
The challenge
The business ran three distinct revenue lines: consultations, a plant and product store, and a multilingual e-learning program. Each needed its own structure and payments, but all had to live in a single WordPress platform without slowing the site down or confusing a visitor moving between them.
What Gardi needed, and what we built
The need
What we built
Generate qualified, higher-value consultation requests.
A structured user journey with clear service segmentation and optimized contact forms for consultation requests.
Turn the WooCommerce store into a reliable retail channel for plant and garden products.
An optimized product structure, a refined checkout, and secure digital payment processing across the store.
Launch a self-sustaining e-learning program without adding manual work.
A multilingual LearnDash program with automated enrollment, access control, and integrated payments.
Track how each revenue line performs, to keep improving it.
Google Tag Manager tracking on service inquiries, product sales, and course enrollments.
How we worked
Mapping three businesses into one
We analyzed Gardi's three business lines independently, then defined revenue priorities, audience pathways, and navigation logic so services, retail, and education would not compete with each other.
Building the platform
We designed and built a WordPress framework that supports WooCommerce, LearnDash, and WPML together, with payment integration, GDPR compliance, and analytics addressed at the architecture level.
Testing and handover
We tested extensively across desktop, tablet, and mobile before a secure deployment, then trained Gardi's staff to manage services, products, and course content independently.
The result
Gardi now runs services, retail, and education from one platform, each channel pulling its own weight.
The structured service architecture strengthened consultation requests from higher-value customers, the WooCommerce store became a stable secondary revenue channel, and the LearnDash program opened a new, recurring source of income.
What the site does
- Runs service consultations, an online store, and e-learning in one site
- Processes secure payments across all three revenue lines
- Publishes in multiple languages with WPML
- Tracks service inquiries, sales, and enrollments with Google Tag Manager
