AI automation agency work that takes routine tasks off your team

AI agents, automations, and integrations for companies that want concrete results from this technology. It stands on its own, with or without a WordPress project.

What we do

We define the scope case by case, starting from your company's actual processes. We build the system your business needs instead of selling a ready-made product.

Agents that automate internal processes

Systems that carry out multi-step tasks on their own: checking data, deciding, triggering other tools, and reporting the outcome.

Integrations between systems that don't talk to each other

CRM, invoicing, bookings, email, and spreadsheets connected together, so nobody copies information by hand and paid media campaigns can act on data as it arrives.

Automating repetitive tasks

The work that takes up your team's time today, such as sorting inquiries, reports, and routine replies, handled automatically with every step verifiable.

Assistants with access to company data

Internal assistants that answer from your documents, catalog, and history instead of generic knowledge.

An agent, not a chatbot

A chatbot answers one request at a time. An agent carries out multi-step tasks on its own and reports the outcome.

An agent

  • Checks the data in your systems
  • Decides the next step against rules agreed with you
  • Triggers other tools: email, CRM, invoicing
  • Reports what it did and what was left for a decision

A chatbot

  • Answers one question at a time
  • Does not act on your systems
  • Depends on someone to follow through

Why we say it

This is a new practice, and we say so plainly. You can see it in how we work.

We work this way ourselves

Sevenscope manages and builds its own sites, including this one, with agentic tools and workflows, so none of this is theory.

Years of systems integration

We connect external APIs, run marketing automation, and integrate messaging platforms. Agent work builds on the same technical foundation.

A practice that will grow

Today we start from the concrete problem you want to solve. As the practice matures, we'll show the work we deliver here.

How it starts

Three steps take you from your current process to an agent in production.

Three steps take you from your current process to an agent in production.

  1. Your current process

We map the process with you as it happens today: who does what, in which systems, and where time is lost.

  2. Pilot

We build the agent or the automation around a concrete case and measure the result before expanding it.

  3. Production and follow-up

We move to production with a log of what the agent does, and stay on to adjust it as your business changes.

With or without WordPress

This practice is independent of the WordPress development we also offer. If you already have a site you're happy with, or never wanted one, this service works the same way for you. If you're building or rethinking a site, the two practices complement each other, but neither depends on the other.

Frequently asked questions

Which processes make sense to automate first?

The ones that repeat every day, follow clear rules, and cross more than one system: sorting inquiries, updating records, reports, routine replies. We start with one concrete case and measure before expanding.

Do the agents decide on their own?

Within the rules we define with you. Anything outside those rules is reported to a person, with the context needed to decide. Everything the agent does is logged.

Is our data safe?

The agent only accesses the systems and data it needs, with its own credentials and a log of every access. We define with you what can and cannot leave the company.

Do you have case studies in this area?

We don't yet have a client case we can share publicly for this specific service. Sevenscope builds and runs its own sites with agentic tools, on top of years of systems integration for client businesses.

Do I need to change systems?

No. The work starts from the systems you already use and connects them. Switching tools only comes up when the current one can't support the integration, and that becomes clear during process mapping.

How much does it cost?

Each proposal is scoped to the process being automated, in phases: mapping, pilot, and production. Tell us what you need and you'll get a proposal with the cost of each phase.

Start with the process, then choose the technology.
