About Manta Diving Madeira
Manta Diving Madeira is a renowned leading scuba diving center based in Caniço de Baixo, Madeira, Portugal. Operating within the protected Garajau Marine Reserve, the center offers access to crystal-clear waters and a wide variety of marine life. Based at the Sentido Galomar Hotel, the dive center welcomes both local and international divers, providing modern facilities and experienced staff in a unique conservation-focused setting.
Project goals
- Showcase the dive center and highlight the professionalism, the certifications, awards and various services
- Promote diving spots and rich nature
- Allow dive sessions to be requested directly from the website and centralize the booking reservation system
Our approach
The existing Joomla-based website hadn’t been updated for several years. We began by gathering all available brand assets and written content to prepare for a fresh start.
A custom high-fidelity design was created and reviewed in detail to connect with the owner’s vision. The WordPress platform was the best option to built a clean and responsive website tailored to the diving audience.
The final website was published in both English and German, reflecting the center’s international clientele.
Outcome
The new website refreshed the center’s online presence and made it easier for users to explore diving options. Key information is now well-organized and visually engaging, helping to promote the diving spots within the Garajau Marine Reserve.
Multilingual support and improved usability contributed to greater engagement and made it simpler for users to request dive sessions directly online. The project helped strengthen Manta Diving Madeira’s position as the best choice within the diving community, both locally and abroad.
