It caters to club members looking to explore the island by staying in a selection of 3, 4, and 5-star hotels, with transfers and bed-and-breakfast accommodations included.

The platform features exclusive hotel packs, organized by location and hotel rating, and offers extra travel value through content such as:

  • Local travel tips and traditional food guides
  • Urban and spa hotel recommendations
  • An interactive map to support planning and exploration

Project goals

  • Promote a diverse curated collection of hotels and experiences across Madeira
  • Encourage users to book multi-hotel packages as part of a curated travel experience
  • Showcase Madeira as a premium and accessible travel destination for club members and international visitors
  • Promote the project as a dynamic, always up-to-date catalog for tour operators
  • Track interest in the physical promotional catalog and measure how it drives engagement from offline to online

Our Approach

This project was developed in collaboration with NoWords, who began by redesigning the brand identity, including the logo and event-focused marketing materials, laying the foundation for promotion across global travel and tourism events.

We then led the website interface design, focusing on a visual layout that emphasized large-format photography, whitespace, and clean structure, enhancing the premium, curated feel of the platform.

As the project progressed, we worked closely with the internal marketing team to support implementation and ensure design consistency across the digital and promotional channels.

Outcome

The new Madeira Selection platform stands out as a dedicated hub for hotel package bookings, offering a seamless experience tailored to travelers who want to discover Madeira region by region.

With streamlined search, clear pack categorization, and engaging visual content, the site delivers a strong value proposition to its user base.

Integrated tools such as WhatsApp contact, Instagram integration, and an interactive map help users plan their trips more easily, driving higher engagement, increasing bookings, and attracting more club members looking for an all-in-one travel experience in Madeira.
